The check-in process felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a warm welcome!!! The noisy entertainment teams seemed to overshadow relaxation, and the pool area was cramped, making it hard to find a quiet spot to unwind!!!

The dining experience truly set this place apart. the Italian restaurant had lasagna reminiscent of Florence. Also, the concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The beach view from our room was stunning and provided a peaceful atmosphere to relax.

The pool exercises were a blast, and I loved my ocean view room with a nice shower. The spa offered a fantastic steam room and beach access for some serious relaxation. Only downside was the occasional loud music that made it hard to unwind, but overall, it was a great getaway! ☀️

secrets is in a good location with a long walkable beach. we loved capers for its amazing lasagne and oceana's mahi mahi for lunch. the staff, especially edgar the concierge, were friendly and helpful, making our stay truly special. don't miss a morning tai chia on the beach!

Spent 11 nights in a Junior Suite with Ocean View. Room had air conditioning, a balcony with a stunning beach view, and a comfortable bed. The food was amazing, especially the Italian restaurant's lasagna. The spa facilities were top-notch. Staff was super accommodating, particularly at the lobby bar, which had lovely ocean views. The beach access was a bit rocky, though.

The lasagna at Capers reminded me of Florence. it was pure foodie heaven! Oceana's mahi mahi for lunch was perfectly cooked, making my taste buds dance. And I can't forget Bernardo, the ice cream shop manager, whose crepes were nothing short of spectacular!
